The 5562A IC is used for power management of countless thin film transistors in the LCD TV panel. The circuit designed by 5562A IC has a step-down converter for the VGL charge pump, which provides the system's logic voltage, and the step-up converter is for the VGH charge pump, which supplies the source voltage. 5562A IC has an integrated dual charge pump circuit, generating VGH and VGL voltages independently.

Moreover, the 5562A IC has a unique VCOM and AVDD voltage output arrangement; for DC-to-DC voltage converting, the pulse generator circuit in the 5562A IC has a fixed switching frequency of 500KHz or 750KHz.

LED TV Companies design different types of circuits in their technology for power management of TFT LCD panels. They produce different output voltage by increasing or decreasing the circuit's frequency, voltage, and current rate; in this case, resistors, capacitors, and inductors of different values are used in the schematic circuit diagram designed by the 5562A IC.
